From fitness challenges to live concerts: Dubai Calendar unveils action-packed November
City gears up for a vibrant mix of culture, creativity and sport
DUBAI is set for an action-packed November as Dubai Calendar, the city’s official event listings platform, unveils a diverse programme of world-class experiences.
From the Dubai Fitness Challenge and Dubai Design Week to the DP World Tour Championship and headline concerts featuring global icons, the month promises a celebration of energy, creativity, and community that reflects the city’s vibrant spirit.
The line-up spans fitness festivals, design fairs, cultural showcases, and live entertainment by international stars – positioning Dubai as a global destination for art, sport, and lifestyle experiences.
Fitness and endurance
The month kicks off with the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) from 1 to 30 November 2025, inspiring residents and visitors to stay active with 30 minutes of exercise for 30 days. The citywide initiative will feature hundreds of free classes and community workouts alongside four major flagship events: Dubai Ride on Sheikh Zayed Road on 2 November, Dubai Stand Up Paddle in Hatta on 8-9 November, Dubai Run on 23 November, and the brand-new Dubai Yoga finale on 30 November.
The first day of November also welcomes runners to the Mushrif Park Half Marathon, offering routes from 3km to 21.1km. At Lapita Hotel, Dubai Parks and Resorts, the Women’s Epic invites participants on 1km, 5km, and 10km trail runs designed for adventure-seeking women. Over at Wadi Hub, Hatta Resorts, athletes will face the Spartan Wadi Hub Hatta 2025 challenge on 1 November, followed by the adrenaline-fuelled Tough Mudder Hatta on 2 November – both set amid the rugged Hajar Mountains.
Adding a unique twist, Crank at DXB (6 November) transforms Dubai International Airport’s runway into an outdoor cycling studio, while She Runs 2025 (9 November) returns as the Middle East’s largest all-women race at Al Forsan Park in Expo City Dubai.
The T100 Triathlon (13-16 November) at Meydan Racecourse invites elite athletes to take on a 100km challenge, followed by The Music Run (15 November) – a 5km race set to live DJ beats. On the same day, AURA Skypool’s Tri in the Sky gives fitness enthusiasts a chance to compete 200 metres above ground, surrounded by panoramic views of Dubai’s skyline.
Events like Arabian Warrior (15 November), The Emirates NBD Unity Run (16 November), Runway Run 2025 (16 November), Plus500 City Half Marathon (16 November), and SKECHERS Performance Night Run (19 November) add to the excitement. Team challenges also make an appearance through Turf Games Dubai City Series (21 November) at ISD Stadium in Dubai Sports City.
Community and lifestyle events
Under the theme One Destination, Every Celebration, Al Wasl Season returns to Expo City Dubai from 31 October 2025 to 2 May 2026, bringing six months of immersive festivals, cultural performances and family-friendly events. The city’s first Festival of Cake (28 November – 2 December) will add a delicious highlight with workshops, bake-offs and live shows by world-renowned pastry chefs.
Lifestyle enthusiasts can look forward to the 10th anniversary of Dubai Watch Week (19–23 November), celebrating horological craftsmanship with over 90 luxury brands and creative masterclasses. Meanwhile, Icons of Porsche (22–23 November) transforms Dubai Design District (d3) into a playground for automotive and art lovers, showcasing classic cars, futuristic concepts and live performances.
Art, design and creativity
Design takes centre stage as Dubai Design Week (4-9 November) turns d3 into a bustling hub of innovation, creativity and contemporary art. Running alongside it, Downtown Design (5–9 November) remains the Middle East’s leading design fair, bringing cutting-edge interior collections and architecture showcases.
Art enthusiasts will also gather at DIFC Art Nights (13–16 November) at Gate Village, where global and regional artists will present exhibitions of paintings, sculptures, digital installations and live performances under Dubai’s night sky.
Live performances
The month will see a stellar roster of international artists lighting up Dubai’s most iconic venues. The Coca-Cola Arena hosts Amr Diab on 1 November, followed by Leningrad (7 November), Davido (8 November), Bassem Youssef (16 November), Deep Purple (20 November), Teddy Swims (22 November), Timbaland (28 November), and Cup of Joe (29 November).
Elsewhere, Elissa (3 November), Jon Batiste (23 November), and Naseer Shamma (29 November) perform at Dubai Opera, offering a range of musical experiences from classical Arabic compositions to Grammy-winning jazz.
Families can enjoy Spot’s Birthday Party (2 November) at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, while festival lovers will flock to UNTOLD Festival Dubai (6-9 November) featuring Martin Garrix, Armin van Buuren, Steve Aoki and J Balvin. Other major events include Butterfly Carnival (8-9 November) at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre, Ronan Keating Live (21 November), and Calvin Harris (29 November) performing at Ushuaia Dubai Harbour Experience – a night set to channel Ibiza’s signature party vibe.
Adding variety to the line-up, tabletop.me Gaming Convention (7-9 November) at Dubai Outlet Mall brings together board game enthusiasts, while Turkish legend Ibrahim Tatlises makes his Dubai debut on 23 November.
World-class sports action
November also brings a packed sports calendar. Rugby fans can catch the Men’s Rugby World Cup 2027 Final Qualification Tournament (8-18 November) at The Sevens Stadium – the final opportunity for teams to book their place in Australia.
Padel enthusiasts will enjoy the Dubai Premier Padel P1 (9-16 November) at Hamdan Sports Complex, where top-ranked players will compete for a Dh1.8 million prize pool across men’s and women’s categories.
The DP World Tour Championship (13-16 November) at Jumeirah Golf Estates marks the thrilling finale to the Race to Dubai, while the region makes sporting history as Baseball United launches its first professional season (14 November – 14 December) at the new BU Ballpark at The Sevens Stadium.
The action continues with the Emirates Dubai 7s (28-30 November), one of the Middle East’s most celebrated sporting and social events, followed by the Red Bull Half Court World Final 2025 (29 November) at Jumeirah Emirates Towers – a global showdown of street basketball champions.
